We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)

Fullworks Digital Ltd (“Fullworks”) operates several websites. It is Fullworks’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Fullworks collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Fullworks’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Fullworks’ visitors use its website. From time to time, Fullworks may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Fullworks also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on Fullworks sites. Fullworks only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Fullworks’ websites choose to interact with Fullworks in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for newsletters or demos to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with us – by subscribing to services, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Fullworks collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with us. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Aggregated Statistics
Fullworks may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Fullworks may monitor the most popular sites on the Fullworks site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Fullworks may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, we do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Fullworks discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Fullworks’ behalf or to provide services available at Fullworks’ websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Fullworks’ websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Fullworks will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. We primarily use our various product sites to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Fullworks takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Fullworks uses cookies to help Fullworks identify and track visitors, their usage of Fullworks website, and their website access preferences. Fullworks visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Fullworks’ websites, with the drawback that certain features of Fullworks’ websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Re-marketing
We use re-marketing to promote our website design, development and website related services to visitors to our website. What this means is after you visit our website, you may notice our adverts appearing on other websites. We use Google AdWords and Google Analytics to implement this remarketing. Using the Ads Settings, users can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.

Business Transfers
If Fullworks, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Fullworks goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Fullworks may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Third-Party Services Used on This Site
Some parts of this site rely on services run by other companies. Where that happens, your browser contacts them directly and their own privacy policy applies to anything you give them.
Calendly
Where we offer to book a demo of Broadcaster, the booking form is provided by Calendly and opens in a panel over our page. Loading it means your browser requests files from Calendly and shares your IP address and browser details with them, and Calendly may set its own cookies. Anything you enter into the booking form — your name, email address and chosen time — goes to Calendly and to us, not through this website. Calendly’s privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
WhatsApp Links
Buttons that message a business, claim a listing or request a change open WhatsApp with a message already written for you. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it, and we only receive messages that are addressed to us. Once you are in WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation. We are not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp.
Fonts and Maps
The typefaces used on this site are served from our own servers, so displaying a page does not involve a font provider. Some town and county pages embed a Google map; where one is shown, your browser contacts Google and Google’s privacy policy applies.
Information About Listed Businesses
This site is a directory of local trades businesses. Most of the businesses listed have not asked to be listed: their details were publicly available and we compiled them here. This section explains that, because it is different from the information we collect about visitors to the site.
What We Publish and Where It Comes From
For each listed business we may publish its trading name, the towns it appears to serve, its trade category, its website address, a business telephone number, a business address, whether it appears to accept enquiries by WhatsApp, and a short description.
That information is compiled from publicly available sources, including search engines, AI research tools, and businesses’ own websites and public listings. Some listings come from information submitted to us directly through our forms. We do not buy personal data, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Sole Traders and Personal Data
Information about a company is not usually personal data. However, where a business is a sole trader or a partnership, details such as a trading name that includes a person’s name, a mobile number, or a home address used as a business address can be personal data about that individual under UK data protection law. Where that is the case, we are the data controller for it, and this section applies.
Our Lawful Basis
We rely on legitimate interests. Our interest, and the interest of the public, is in maintaining a directory that helps people find local trades. We limit ourselves to business contact information that was already published, we do not publish special category data, and we remove entries on request. We consider that this is information a business would expect to be findable, and that publishing it does not override the rights of the individual behind a sole trader business. If you disagree in your case, you can object and we will act on it as set out below.
Correcting or Removing Your Listing
If your listing is wrong, or you do not want to be listed, contact us and we will use reasonable endeavours to correct or remove it without undue delay. There is no charge, and you do not need an account with us. Because we do not verify listings individually, we will usually not know that one is wrong until you tell us.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to our processing it, and to restrict that processing. To protect businesses from malicious requests, we may ask for reasonable proof that you own or are authorised to act for the business before we act.
We keep a listing for as long as it remains part of the directory. If we remove a listing at your request, we keep only the minimum record needed to avoid re-adding it from a public source at a later date.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Automated Compilation
Listings are gathered and organised using automated tools, including AI search services, and are not individually checked by a person before publication. No decision is made about any individual that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on them. Where an automated process has produced an inaccurate listing, the correction route above applies.
