The foam is stripped mechanically from the rafters, the timbers are cleaned back and inspected for damage, and all waste leaves site with us. A typical three-bedroom loft takes around five days. Most of our work comes from stalled house sales. Around 82% of UK lenders now restrict lending on properties with spray foam, because a surveyor cannot inspect the roof timbers through it. Once the foam is out we provide the post-removal documentation lenders and surveyors ask for, so the property can be valued normally again.
