    Local Trade Website

Lawn Crew is a local lawn care specialist.

This new business want a quick and budget website that looked professional.

The owner worked hard on providing text content and images and also has done most of the content work themselves, quickly grasping how the WordPress CMS allows them to update things.

The owner also realises that a website does not bring in business just by being there and has worked hard on his digital marketing in areas such as Adwords, Gooogle Maps and SEO.

Technically this is a WordPress CMS with a Studio Press theme with very minor customisation.

From our perspective this was a budget project where we set up the framework and the business owner has taken on the other work. This is very cost effective if you have the aptitude towards marketing and some technology skills ( nothing too technical just the level that many acquire through using computers as part of their life )

    School Website

This website is a second generation WordPress website for this school by us.

Initially we were commissioned to build the website when they were trying to create a free school.

The design was clean and simple and driven from a logo created by a local graphic designer.

Once the school became real, we were asked to make some changes, to reflect the needs of a school, the design however remained clean and simple.

Technically the site is WordPress using Genesis framework, and a customisation of the base Genesis theme.  There are some sophisticated forms ( application etc ) which have been added by us, using Gravity Forms.

Initially this was budget local website, however over time the website has grown with the needs, again testament to the decision to use WordPress as a base CMS.

House of Magnetix is a wholesaler of fridge magnets and other magnetic gifts to local gift stores throughout the UK.

Their previous website was not being updated and also was not mobile and tablet friendly.

To keep overall costs down the design process was simplified and iterations limited. The main objective was to get a clean, mobile friendly layout with ease of updating the catalogue.

Technically the website was implemented in WordPress using the Genesis and a modified Studio Press theme. The main effort was involved in creating the custom catalogue using custom post types and custom meta boxes to ease product maintenance.

The project was a mid range budget and also we assisted with moving the images over to the catalogue.

Morecambeandwize is the UK’s premier VW camper restorer.  The website was designed to reflect the existing brand and style of printed brochures.

There are many premium design features to help show off the models and processes.

The design process included wireframes and mockups from a bottom up and top down custom design process.

Technically the site has been built on WordPress ( multi-site as there are international version ) using the Genesis framework as a base. Extensive use of custom post types and custom meta boxes to make adding and editing model data easier.

This is no budget website, it is key part of the marketing strategy of the business and a significant investment.
