Tasty Mac Pac Ltd of Hayle sell through both wholesale and direct to the
general public. They specialise in whole and filleted mackerel caught from
sustainable sources but also occasionally fish for Sea Bass and Pollock.
The prime mackerel is mainly caught by Hayle Handliners for fresh consumption and is vacuum packed with a seven-day shelf life.
Four fillets weighing 190g -230g sell at £2.00 per pack and four fillets at 290g-320g sell at £3.00 per pack.
